Overlapping rings
Symptoms of severe rign worm infection include overlaoing rings that multiply and merge. A silvery rash appears on the skin, and skin looks red and irritated around the ring, but is healthy inside.
The rings may multiply if other areas of skin get infected, they grow in size, and merge, increase in number, and start to cover more areas of the skin. The rings area feels to be slightly raised on the surface and can be felt in touch.
