Shoulder Pain (Overview, Symptoms, Causes, Types, Diagnosing, Treatment, Home Remedies)
Shoulder Sprain
A shoulder sprain is separated into some grades:
In Grade 1, the ligaments stretched, but the bone does not break/separate. Pain may be mild.
In Grade 2, the ligament tears cause a lot of pain, and the swelling also occurs.
In Grade 3, the Ac joints separate the coracoclavicular ligaments connect the shoulder blade to the clavicle. This Grade leads to bruising pain and swelling. And also, the collar bone dislocates in this type/Grade of shoulder pain. And the collar bone usually appears like a bump on the shoulder.
Grade4,5,6 are such types that are more severe but less common. In this type of shoulder pain, the muscle detaches from the collar bone, ligament tears, and AC joints separate from the tissues.
