These symptoms are not specifically related to cancer and they arise as a result of continuous pressure by the growing tumor on the adjacent tissues and organs. The common pressure symptoms of cervical cancer include:

Low Back Pain

Low back pain or pelvic pain is another characteristic symptom of cervical cancer. Low back pain of a chronic nature, especially that doesn’t go away with over the counter pain killer medications can be a warning sign. In more advanced stages, you may feel pain in the appendix area.

This pain can be related to painful sexual intercourse, i.e., you don’t have pain in normal circumstances however, it starts right after sexual contact and remains there for the next couple of days to weeks.
