It looks like a slight change but altering your sleep position can have a great impact in improving the symptoms of sleep apnea. According to research, more than half of the patients having obstructive sleep apnea are dependent on the position in their bed during sleeping. Sleeping on your back known as supine position results in the worsening of sleep apnea symptoms in the patients. Try to sleep in a straight position to have a sound sleep.
