Exercises and Stretches For Shoulder Pain
Before starting to describe the different exercises you can try for shoulder pain, it is essential to highlight a few recommendations:
- Before you start stretching, warming up your shoulder muscles is a good idea. For example, you can roll them back and forth for a few minutes.
- When you start doing the exercises, keep a good technique. If you’re unsure about the technique, ask a physical therapist.
- If you experience worsening shoulder pain, stop doing the exercise. Not all of them are recommended for all conditions.
