Slurred Speech
Another common sign is slurring of speech. Medically, it may be aphasia; an altered state of language comprehension, or dysarthria; an inability to speak due to paralysis or weakening of muscles responsible for speech. The person may be unable to recall words from memory or may speak incoherently with words overlapping others.
