Stool bleeding
As bleeding is a major factor in thrombocytopenia. So it can result in bleeding from stools. As in sever condition of thrombocytopenia, it becomes impossible to stop bleeding unless any action is taken. Therefore the blood can be seen in the stools. Bleeding does not occur until the situation is very, but continuous bleeding from the stool and other parts of the body can cause anemia.
