Bloody or Very Dark Vomit
In case of severe thrombocytopenia, blood can also come from the vomit. The color of vomit can be very dark, and it can be bloody. Due to internal bleeding, the chances of blood coming out with vomit increases. If the vomit has blood in it, it shows internal injury or damage.
