Age
Age can be risk factor leading to tinnitus. Tinnitus is mostly found in people aging between 40 to 80 years. With the increase in age the hearing ability of the person also declines and even loud sounds becomes inaudible. Lack of sound in the surrounding environment causes the brain to produce its own sounds which cause tinnitus. It is advised to start using hearing aids as soon as you start experiencing hearing difficulty. Hearing aids helps improving the hearing ability which prevents the brain from generating unnecessary sounds.
