Concentration problem is prevalent among people diagnosed with tinnitus. The continuous tinnitus sounds divert the attention from the main purpose. In many cases tinnitus is coupled with hearing loss which further defects the listening ability and affects the concentration while communicating. Lack of concentration makes it difficult to perform daily task like playing sports, reading books, attending class.  Troubled sleeping, resulting from tinnitus is another factor which contributes to poor concentration. Poor concentration further leads to anxiety, stress, and memory loss.
