Insomnia is common among tinnitus patients moreover; the tinnitus is considered to be worse when experiencing insomnia. About 10-80% of people diagnosed with tinnitus complain about insomnia. These sounds disturb the sleeping cycle. Sleeplessness also leads to migraine and headaches. Insomnia not only disturbs the sleep, but also damages the quality of life, making people angry, depressed and lazy all the time.
