Yoga combines both physical exercise, and mental relaxation, both of which help in relieving tinnitus symptoms. However, particularly stress-induced tinnitus is a target for yoga therapy. Yoga relaxes muscles and is also a common means of meditation. Some of the important components of which are physical exercise, breathing exercise, and meditation. However, the silence associated with these meditative poses can be a trigger for tinnitus.
