Skin Ulcers
When the leg veins are not able to move the blood back to the heart, the blood starts pooling around in the veins, resulting in the formation of shallow wounds on the skin. The shallow wounds on the skin’s surface lead to the formation of ulcers, commonly known as leg ulcers. These leg ulcers do not heal easily unless the veins are removed surgically.
