Parsley
Parsley has a greater amount of vitamin C in it, and it acts as a powerful antioxidant. You can use parsley by boiling a handful of parsley in water for around 5 minutes. Then strain the solution of parsley and water and also add rose essential oil in it too. Parsley helps in the improvement of collagen of skin and also makes the capillaries stronger, thus reducing the symptoms of varicose veins.
