Nausea and Vomiting
As a kidney infection may cause stomach symptoms like fever, it can also lead to the feelings of being sick to your stomach. Such feelings are usually followed by nausea and vomiting. This is not a specific symptom, and you may feel pretty unwell with any type of infection.
The other cause of nausea and vomiting in a kidney infection is the buildup of waste metabolic products in the blood. This condition is called uremia that is also accompanied by loss of appetite.
