Try a prescription with malathion lotion
This prescription insecticide lotion kills live lice and some nits. However, it can cause second-degree burn and stinging as it is flammable. It’s not prescribed for children younger than 6.
It should be applied to dry hair, leaving on for 8 to 10 hours and air drying. Never blow dry your hair or expose them to heat sources. Shampoo your hair and rinse them in a sink, instead of a tub or shower, before combing. Use this method again after seven to ten days if live bugs are still present.
