Severe Pelvic Pain
A less commonly present symptom is severe pain in the pelvis or lower abdominal region. Pelvic pain or pressure occurs when the fibroid goes through the process of degeneration. However, severe pelvic pain can also turn into chronic pain which is the type of pain that usually stays mild but is persistent. Chronic Vaginal Discharge
Fibroids growing right under the lining of the uterus or inside the uterine wall are more likely to result in abnormal bleeding through vagina without menstruation. Uterine fibroids can also speed up the amount of vaginal discharge a woman normally has. The vaginal discharge is normally watery but might appear pink if there is some internal bleeding due to the fibroids.
