Difficulty Swallowing
People having Alzheimer’s suffer difficulty in swallowing and the liquids or foods start going into the lungs thus blocking the windpipe for air. Unfortunately, Alzheimer’s patients might die to the difficulty in swallowing which ultimately leads to aspiration pneumonia which is very prevalent among Alzheimer’s patients.
