There is a slight difference beteen the two genders regarding to the development and onset of Alzheimer’s disease. However, there is a majority of women who suffer from Alzheimer’s disease in comparison to the ratio of men suffering from Alzheimer’s because women usually tend to live longer, which explains the changes in their brain cells leading to Alzheimer’s.
