Varicocele
A varicocele is the appearance of dilated vessels in the scrotum. A study [3] conducted on boys of 0-19 years shows that varicocele is co-existent with gynecomastia in adolescent males.
Increase in areolar diameter
The areola is the pigmented area of the skin surrounding the nipple. With the increase in size of the breast, the areola also expands in diameter.
Nipple and skin sensitivity
The skin around the nipple may appear reddish. Nipple sensitivity, in response to friction of clothes against the skin is also a common presentation.
