What is melasma?

If some individual’s skin tone is olive, dark, medium, and you develop a tan quickly on their skin, then according to studies, the chances of getting melasma are higher than those of other people having a fair complexion. While the people having darker complexions are surprisingly not prone to the development of melasma symptoms. The people whose skin tones fall between three and five levels on the Fitzpatrick scale are at higher risks of getting melasma. Fitzpatrick scale is the way of distinguishing and differentiating the different skin tones in humans in which number one is the lightest, while number six is the darkest skin tone. Moreover, the type of skin is not an essential factor in this way of differentiating the skin tones.
