Topical Creams
Topical creams are certain combinations of medications that we apply to the skin externally to inhibit the production of melanin by melanocytes in the skin layers. The use of topical creams also stimulates the growth of new skin cells to replace the dark patches of skin cells and also reduces the inflammation in the skin layers. Moreover, the topical creams might include one or a mixture of ingredients, such as azelaic acid, hydroquinone, kojic acid, and tranexamic acid.
