Hamstring Stretch
- This activity helps to decrease tension in your back of the leg with a situated stretch.
- Start with a foot level on the floor, at that point extend one leg forward, flexing the foot in reverse.
- Lean somewhat forward to feel a stretch in the rear of the leg.
