Measles
Measles is another disease that causes skin rashes along with other symptoms like watery eyes, sore throat, runny nose, cough, fever, and loss of appetite. There is appearance of red rash patches that spread from the face towards the body in almost three to five days after the onset of measles. Moreover, tiny red spots with white centers develop inside the mouth.
