Sciatica
Sciatica is a bad prognostic sign of colon cancer. It signifies that tumour has spread from its original location. Neural involvement by the tumor cause excruciating pain in the legs that they feel moving from low back to behind the thigh and then radiating down below the knee. Symptomatic treatment is necessary to decrease the agony of the patient.
