Pus-Filled Lesions
The formation of pus-filled lesions or pustules might be one of the severe signs of a skin rash. Pustules typically contain pus or entrapped sebum leading to the possibility of the infection to spread all over the body. The pustules might appear hard or soft on touch. The pustules that are warm and tender on touch can be more serious as they indicate infectious skin condition. These pus-filled lesions or pustules cause a greater degree of discomfort and sometimes pain in a patient.
