Muscle Pains and Arthralgia
Muscle pains might occur in case of skin rashes in some people indicating towards the development of a rare disease known as dermatomyositis. There is inflammation of muscles due to skin rashes that causes weakness and lethargy. In addition, the muscular pain resulting due to skin rashes is different from other muscle diseases because it is occurring because of inflammatory skin rashes. The presence of arthralgia along with skin rashes is quite difficult to diagnose as it might occur in the case of rheumatoid arthritis patients bur is actually a sign of an inflammatory type of skin rashes.
