Lay straight on your back and use a neck roll or a pillow to support your neck. By bending one knee and keeping your foot flat, keep the back in a neutral position. Place the arms in one line against your shoulders. Flat the other leg by tightening the top muscles of your thigh. By pointing your toes, lift the leg to the line of your bent knee. Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each leg every day.
