  • Necitumumab

Necitumumab is a monoclonal antibody which targets the EGFR pathway and patients of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) as a fist-line therapy.

  • Bevacizumab

Bevacizumab is a monoclonal antibody which helps in targeting the VEGFR/VEGF pathway. Bevacizumab inhibits the growth of tumor in blood vessels and FDA approves the use of this monoclonal antibody in the case of patients with severe non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) as a first mode of therapy.
