Abdominal pain
Abdominal pain more commonly occurs in advanced stage tumors. The 5-year survival rate for tumors which have spread to other organs is less than 50%. Cancer that have spread beyond the bladder wall carries worse prognosis. When cancer cells invade the abdominal structures, pain may ensue. Visit your doctor immediately if you are suffering from vague or generalized abdominal pain accompanied by hematuria and other urinary symptoms of bladder cancer.
