Inability to urinate
Patient may not be able to urinate despite an urge to urinate due to obstruction by malignant mass in the lining of the bladder. Abdominal or pelvic pain is generally accompanied with urinary retention. Malignant mass in the bladder can gradually increase in size and obstruct urine flow by blocking the bladder outlet.
