Disorganized thinking (speech)
Not organized thinking is deduced from disorganized speech. Efficient communication might be impeded and answers to such questions might be unrelated completely or partially. Rarely, speech might consist of putting together not meaningful words that cannot be understood, sometimes called word salad.
