Bleeding after circumcision in male babies is an initial symptom of hemophilia. A doctor might detect that the baby is hemophiliac if bleeding goes for more time than usual after circumcision. Death of the baby may occur if the bleeding is spontaneous, slow, prolonged, and continuous.
