Morning Sickness
Changing hormones, along with stress, biology and exhaustion, take most of the blame for the queasies during pregnancy. Eat small meals; cut back on processed and fatty foods; eat fresh ginger or drink ginger tea; take vitamin (B6 helps with nausea); drink lots of water; and start sucking on lemon candies. If everything else fails, talk to your doctor about other alternative treatments, including prescription medication, and turn to a higher dose B6 prenatal vitamin.
