Infectious diseases
Some hypotheses suggest that certain infectious diseases caused by bacteria and viruses, especially slow virus infection, may cause rheumatoid arthritis. These infectious diseases can cause by infectious agents such as Epstein Barr virus, E. coli, Proteus mirabilis, retrovirus, and parvovirus. These hypotheses do not have that much evidence to support them, though.
