Fever
The body raises its internal temperature beyond normal, which is above 37.5 as a part of its inflammatory process. Fever is a protective mechanism against harmful organs and also stimulates immunity cells, like white blood cells. Fever happens in rheumatoid arthritis as a part of the autoimmune response against the joints and the body organs.
