Follicular unit transplantation (FUT)
FUT is the classic procedure. It consists of separating some skin of the scalp from the backside where there is huge hair, removing hair follicles from the strip of the skin, and then replacing the hair follicles into that part of the scalp where you are suffering from hair loss.
