Simple milk kefir
Kefir is fermented milk made with a compound known as “grains”. It is high in probiotics and nutrients.
Ingredients
Milk: 1 glass
Kefir grains, a few
Method
Add the butter and rubbery looking kefir grains to one glass of milk. Cover and let it sit and cool at room temperature for about 20 to 24 hours. The milk will thicken and ferment. Strain the mixture and drink. You can reuse the kefir grains.
