Try to take short naps as much as you can during the day. You can also experiment with your naps and check if and when how long these naps make you feel alert. Try to make adjustments at your school or at workplace for improving the focus on your daily performance of tasks. Naps of typically 20 minutes at strategic times during the day might help in focusing the mind and staying alert.
