Avoid Other Respiratory Irritants
Avoid inhaling other respiratory irritants which includes the automobile exhaust, certain perfumes, fumes from paint, burning candles, and burning incense. You can limit the inhalation of pollutants in your surroundings by regularly cleaning the air conditions filters and changing your furnace. Wearing a face mask while going outside is very helpful in avoiding the inhaling of air pollutants and irritants.
