Moles are the small brown and black beauty marks; these are not dangerous and stay on the skin throughout life. But people with more mole are at increased risk of developing melanoma. The cancer development from moles has been seen in the case of melanoma cancer. Normally melanoma does not occur on an existing mole.

A typical mole is larger and has irregular borders and multiple color hues. The people who have abnormal moles called dysplastic are at high risk of developing cancer. The abnormal moles are irregular and can become cancerous if you have a history of abnormal moles.
