Flat Feet
The arches in our feet are responsible for distributing the weight. Flat feet is the condition in which the feet do not have an arch. People with flat feet often complain about pain in the feet. Mostly the pain occurs in the ankle, the inner side of the feet or in the arch. The pain also increases when people with flat feet lift things.
