Morton neuroma surgery
During the surgery, the patient is injected with general anesthesia. The doctor makes an incision near the neuroma site from where it has to be removed. Since the nerves are usually pressed between the toes, the incision is made in between the toes. Some side effects of Morton neuroma surgery include:
