While sitting on a chair and placing one foot on the thigh of the other leg, now dorsiflex the toes towards the ankle. While doing toe dorsiflexion, keep massaging the bottom of the toes. Doing this exercise can help in increasing the flexibility of plantar fascia and decrease plantar fasciitis.
