Pompholyx

Another cause of the development of an athlete’s foot is pompholyx or dyshidrotic eczema, which is a type of eczema which causes the formation of tiny blisters across the soles of the feet, palms of the hand and sometimes across the fingers. This infection can affect anyone at any life span but mostly affects the adults who are under the age of 40 years. The blister formation leads to the creation of open wounds that cause the penetration and then attack of the tinea fungus on the skin with infection.
