Psoriasis

Psoriasis is a kind of skin infection/disease in which the skin cells tend to multiple up to 10 times quicker than healthy cells. By the faster multiplication of skin cells, there is a skin build-up creating bumpy red-colored patches that cover with white scales. This skin disease is very damaging for the skin cells, thus causing more risks of attaining an athlete’s foot. Usually, psoriasis occurs in any body part, but the most common areas are elbows, scalp, knees, toes, toenails, and lower back. Although psoriasis does not spread from one person to another when there is a fungal attack by dermatophytes, it becomes highly contagious.
