The cancerous cells produce abnormal proteins and antibodies that accumulate in the blood and make the blood thicker. The normal flow of blood to the brain and other organs disrupts by greater viscosity of blood. This hyperviscosity can cause conditions such as stroke, slurred speech, weakness, numbness, dizziness, and confusion.
