Neck retraction (chin tucks)

Chin tucks is a recommended exercise for cervical radiculopathy. It helps ease pain and reduce inflammation.

How to do it:

  1. Lie on your back (supine position) with your hands by your side and head on the bed.
  2. Tuck your chin in such that it touches the chest.
  3. Hold this chin tuck position for 5-10 seconds. Repeat 10 to 15 times a day.
