Neck retraction (chin tucks)
Chin tucks is a recommended exercise for cervical radiculopathy. It helps ease pain and reduce inflammation.
How to do it:
- Lie on your back (supine position) with your hands by your side and head on the bed.
- Tuck your chin in such that it touches the chest.
- Hold this chin tuck position for 5-10 seconds. Repeat 10 to 15 times a day.
