This chest stretch will work the muscles on both sides of the body and help ease the pain.

How to do it:

  1. Lie on your back with the knees bent. Place both heels on the floor.
  2. Cross your fingers and place both hands behind one knee. Pull it toward the chest.
  3. Switch knees and repeat the stretch several times.
