Lateral bend
Bending your neck lateral with a slight force can strengthen opposite-side neck muscles and help relieve neck pain.
How to do it:
- Sit up and relax your shoulder muscles.
- Gently tilt your head and neck to the left side as if you are going to touch the left ear to your shoulder.
- Tilt your head in this position for 20 seconds, then rest.
- Repeat 5 to 10 times throughout the day.
